I recently opened a box on Insta stories and gave you all the chance to ask questions – about me, the blog, fashion or anything else! I thought it would be fun to answer them in a blog post and do these once a month or so – hopefully you can get to know me better and I can help answer any questions you may have!
Let’s get into it!
Q: What are your plans for the future?
- Have the BEST senior year of highschool and LIVE IT UP! no regrets ever
- Attend college next year (saying that feels so weird)
- have the best time in college, meet tons of new friends, rush a sorority, have fun at gameday and explore my new home
- work somewhere within marketing/PR of either a luxury fashion brand or be a golf event planner – maybe both!
- keep up my blog
- get married and have kids one day
- travel the world and experience different cultures/areas of the world
Q: How did your blog get it’s name?
A: This is a great question! I’ve honestly considered changing it multiple times, to something a little less “different” and “wild”. But honestly, I’m quite different than girls my age/grade and a little wild too so it fits well. My dad reminded me of that the other night – he said I’m classy, bubbly, and refined but also know how to have a good time, get a little wild and be the life of the party when I want to. This “wild” side of me doesn’t really come out at school but when I’m with friends and family I definitely let loose and know how to have a good time! So I’ve had my blog for about a year now, and when I first started I had a lot of trouble finding a name. Lilly Pulitzer, which you may not realize, is more than just a brand – it’s quite honestly a mentality and a way of life in my opinion. Looking at your life with a sunny perspective and just romanticizing even the simplest moments of your life – something I love to do. And the Lilly brand has been my favorite for years – the happy, bright and punchy patterns are so me. Lilly has really helped me find my style and has always been a constant in my life, I don’t know, its kind of hard to explain! I’ve NEVER dressed like girls in my grade, or even girls in my area. I’m perfectly fine with that and honestly so happy I have my own style! Leopards have been my favorite animal since FOREVER – graceful, stylish, classy and confident – what I aspire to be! Leopard & Lilly is me, and I hope to inspire you all when you read my blog, engage on my instagram, like a photo or send a DM!

Q: know it’s kind of random, but names for children in the future?
A: Oh my goodness I LOVE this! I think about this way too often so I definitely have a few favorites! “Parker” is my all time favorite – I would name my son or daughter Parker, and 100000% want to name a child this! I love Brooks for a boy, and it’s a family name too. Blair is probably my favorite name for a girl. (Yes I am obsessed with Gossip Girl but I loved the name Blair before that lol)! I love traditional names – Greer, Amelia, Gretchen, Darby, Emerory, Poppy, Mimi, Sully, Kiel, Graham, Jack, Reagan, and Kennedy to name a few!
I hope you all learned something about me or even got a little inspiration! Can’t wait for Q&A Vol. 2 next month!
